What is Sparkle & Charm?
We're a mobile jewelry-making party experience designed to bring creativity, fun and a little extra sparkle to your child's special day. We come to your home or chosen venue and make the party easy for parents and memorable for kids.
Where do you travel?
Sparkle & Charm is based in Kemptville, Ontario, and proudly serves Ottawa and surrounding areas within a 45 km radius of Kemptville.
A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Your exact travel fee will be confirmed when you submit your booking request.
When is payment due?
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party.
How long do I have to get my RSVPs?
We recommend asking guests to RSVP before your final guest count is due. Please have your final number of children confirmed at least 2 weeks before the party so we can prepare the right amount of materials and finalize your balance.
What is a Bead Bar Party?
A Bead Bar Party lets kids choose from a dazzling selection of beads and charms to design jewelry that is uniquely theirs. We guide the activity while giving each child plenty of room to be creative.
How do I book a party?
Booking is easy! Choose your preferred package and submit your booking request directly through our website. Once we review your request and confirm availability, we'll connect with you with the next steps. No payments required at this step.
How many kids are included?
Our party package includes up to 6 children. Additional guests can be added for an extra fee, depending on the package. Please let us know your expected guest count when booking.
Do you provide invitations?
Yes! A customized PDF/PNG party invitation is included with every party package. We'll help make it easy for you to share the party details with your guests.
What is a mobile party?
A mobile party means we bring the party to you! Instead of traveling to a party venue, our Sparkle & Charm team arrives at your home or chosen location with everything needed to create a fun and memorable jewelry-making experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
What if I don't know how many kids will be coming?
No problem! Give us your best estimate when you book. Your final guest count can be confirmed closer to the party, before your final balance is due.
Do you setup and clean up?
Yes. We're here to make the experience as stress-free as possible. We bring the party materials and handle the activity setup and cleanup associated with our station.
